If you are upside down in an RV, you need to call an ambulance. You are in trouble. Loan is the last thing that enters my mind if I am on the side of the road upside down in my RV. Lol.

well most people would not pay what you owe on it because it is no long worth that much. If you own a house you could take a small loan on that pay off the RV, then sell it, pay off use the money to pay off the loan you took out on the house.

Find out if someone is intrested in taking over the payments on the loan(if your bank allows it)
If not your going to end up having to pay the difference out of your pocket.
